Each garment at Akahai is carefully crafted to perfection. Please allow roughly 5 business days to produce your selected item and have it ready for shipment. 

Once your order is ready, we will promptly ship it to your provided address.

Europe: 2-4 days 

Rest of the world: 4-7 days

We suggest when ordering a garnemnt to use the size chart and make sure you pick the right size for your body type, as returns for wrong sizes are not allowed for now.

We strive to exceed your expectations with every purchase. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your order or receive a faulty product, we want to make things right for you. You can choose 2 options:

We will produce and reship the garnment again for you at our own expenses (see below Return for Faulty Products).

Returns for Faulty Products:

Our commitment to your satisfaction means that if you receive a garment with any manufacturing defects or flaws, we offer a hassle-free return process. Simply follow these steps:

Contact Us: Reach out to our dedicated customer support in the text box. Please provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographs of the defect for a faster resolution as you are shipping the item back to us.

Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will promptly authorize the return of the defective item. A return shipping label will be provided to you at no cost.

Ship Back the Defective Item: Carefully pack the faulty garment, affix the provided shipping label, and send it back to us. Please ensure it is in its original condition and includes all tags and packaging.

Production and Reshipment: We will begin processing your replacement garment immediately upon receiving the defective item. Our production time frame of 4 to 10 days applies here as well. Once your new garment is ready, we will ship it to you promptly. You will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your replacement.
